How many Manage Comics orders can I search?
Any Manage Comics order that has been pulled or has had a Shopify Draft Order created. The search is not limited to recent orders or the current week.
Can I import draft items into the POS cart?
Only if the draft order was created through Manage Comics. Items added directly to an order in the POS (outside Manage Comics) will not be found by the Order Helper.
How do I find a customer's orders?
Search by customer name — first, last, or both. The Order Helper also shows your most recent five Manage Comics orders for quick access.
