Subscriptions, Pre-Orders, and Pulls (Customer Facing)

The customer-side account page where subscribers manage their own pull lists, pre-orders, and active subscriptions. Applies to: Ordo only.

A logged-in customer sees three tabs on their Manage Comics page: My Subscriptions, Pulled Orders, Billed Orders and Shipping Preferences.

My Subscriptions

The list of ongoing series the customer is currently subscribed to, with their cover choice. From this tab, the customer can:

Switch cover choices.
Unsubscribe from a series.
Modify quantities
Review pre-orders.

Pulled Orders

This tab will show you orders that have been pulled for you in the past.

Billed Orders

This will show you anything that is ready to be paid, along with the link to pay for your orders.

Shipping Preferences

Lets you change your shipping preferences based off of what the store offers.

Subscribe to Series (Customer Facing)

The customer-side flow for subscribing to a specific series, including ratio variants and how a sub appears once it's confirmed. Applies to: Ordo only.

Approve Pre-orders

Where pending pre-orders live, your three options for each one (approve, decline, edit), bulk approval, and what your customer sees after each action. Applies to Ordo & Oryx.

Browse by Dates (Customer Facing)

The Browse by Dates feature on the customer storefront — letting customers browse by release date or by Final Order Cutoff (FOC) date. Applies to: Ordo only.
