How billing works
Ordo charges appear on your Shopify invoice, because billing runs through the Shopify App Store. Multi-location stores are billed per location, so adding a second location doubles the subscription line. Oryx is billed directly by Manage Comics.
My trial ended — what now?
When a trial lapses, the app pauses rather than deleting anything. Approve the subscription charge (Ordo: the Shopify billing prompt) and your data is exactly where you left it. If the prompt doesn't appear, email support.
Cancelling
For Ordo, uninstalling the app from your Shopify store ends the billing through Shopify. For Oryx, email help@managecomics.com and we'll close the account. Either way, if you want your data first, export it before you cancel — see Exporting Your Data. If your store is closing and you're getting reminder emails you no longer want, tell us and we'll shut those off with the account.
Changing the account email or owner
Selling the store, or moving it to a new manager? Email support from the current account email with the new owner's name and email, and we'll transfer the account. Don't hand over credentials informally — a proper transfer keeps billing, notifications, and support history pointed at the right person.
Merging customer accounts (a warning)
Merging two customer records is destructive — pull-list history on the merged-away account does not survive. If a customer has two accounts (say, two email addresses), pick the one to keep, move subscriptions to it manually, and only then remove the other. When in doubt, email support before merging, not after.
