Separate from Email Campaigns — which are deliberate emails you compose and send — Manage Comics automatically sends a small set of system emails at specific points in the customer lifecycle. This article is the reference for every automatic email the system sends, what triggers it, and who can opt out.
This is a reference matrix. Before publishing, verify each row against the current live helpdesk article — some notification triggers may have been added, renamed, or deprecated since the last documentation pass.

Where to Configure
Sender address and reply-to: Settings → Email Settings (see Email Settings).
Customer opt-out preferences (Ordo): Shopify's standard email marketing consent settings. Manage Comics respects the Shopify marketing-consent flag.
Notification templates: not customizable beyond the body of email campaigns today. Transactional emails use fixed templates.
What You (the Shop) Can't Control
Transactional emails (account signup, pre-order status) always send. There's no way to disable them per customer without disabling the customer account entirely.
Shopify (Ordo only) controls the look and some content of order/invoice emails. Edit those in Shopify Settings → Notifications, not in Manage Comics.
