The update rhythm
Catalog data lands in Manage Comics on Mondays and Fridays, around midday Eastern. New solicitations, added covers, and corrections all ride those updates — so a variant announced Tuesday will generally appear after Friday's run. If something is missing after the next update has passed, that's worth a ticket.
Late additions and missing FOC items
Publishers add items late — sometimes on FOC day itself. Late additions appear once they reach the distributor feed and the next update runs. If an item your customers have pre-ordered isn't on your FOC page after the update, email help@managecomics.com with the distributor code (e.g. 0526ON1072/4) and we'll add it directly. Codes beat titles: they're unambiguous.
Relaunches, renumbers, and changed UPCs
When a series relaunches with a new #1 — or a publisher quietly changes UPCs mid-run — the new volume is a new series in Manage Comics, and subscribers to the old volume don't carry over by themselves. On the series page, use Clone Subscribers From / Clone Subscribers Into to move your subscriber list onto the new volume in one step.
If pulls skip a relaunched or renumbered title even though subscriptions look right, the cause is usually upstream data (a changed UPC) — send us the title and we'll repair the mapping.
Requesting a publisher or title
Which publishers you see is controlled partly by your own settings — check Products & Distributors Settings first, including your preferred distributor per publisher. If a publisher has moved to a distributor we carry (Lunar, PRH, Universal) and its titles aren't appearing, request enablement through support. Self-published and custom titles aren't currently supported in the catalog.
